Sparrow, a wine bar and lounge from Good Salt Group, has opened in the North Quarter District of Downtown Orlando. This intimate 21+ space offers a curated selection of New and Old World wines and a modern cocktail program by Beverage Director Lorena Castro.

In the kitchen, Chef Wendy Lopez draws inspiration from the coastal traditions of Southern Europe, featuring seafood conservas, jamón ibérico, and short rib ragù influenced by France, Portugal, and Spain. Chef Wendy is also a 2026 nominee for Best Chef: South from the James Beard Foundation.

Led by General Manager Nicole Peters, Sparrow also hosts Aperitivo Hours, monthly Saturday High Tea, and exclusive wine dinners. Reservations are available via OpenTable.
