Sparrow, a wine bar and lounge, has opened its doors in the vibrant North Quarter District of Downtown Orlando. This intimate space promises to offer a unique and eclectic experience for wine and cocktail enthusiasts.

 

Sparrow features a tight and focused selection of both New and Old World wines, carefully curated to provide a diverse range of flavors and styles. Complementing the wine list, Good Salt’s beverage director, Lorena Castro, has crafted a bar menu filled with a modern approach to classic cocktails and more.

 

The culinary experience at Sparrow is equally impressive, with Chef Wendy Lopez at the helm. Lopez presents a menu inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Southern Europe, featuring dishes like seafood conservas, jamon iberico and short rib ragu that speak to the flavors of France, Portugal, Spain and beyond. These dishes draw from her vast culinary experience and familial history. Rounding out the nest, operations are overseen by veteran general manager, Nicole Peters, who promises a curated experience for everyday dining and special occasions alike.

 

In addition to its regular offerings, Sparrow hosts special wine dinners and chef collaborations, ensuring there is always something new and exciting for guests to enjoy. Sparrow Wine Bar welcomes guests 21+.
